You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Credits purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to entrypoint.rip. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze those files solely to deliver the Service. We do not retain uploaded binaries beyond the processing period specified in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRYPOINT.RIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which entrypoint.rip operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
